About the role
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment processes across international markets, ensuring timely progress and data accuracy.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide comprehensive recruitment support.
- Manage all candidate communication, interview scheduling, and feedback collection to ensure a great candidate experience.
- Source and engage potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and pre-assessments to evaluate basic fit against role criteria.
- Maintain all recruitment activities and updates accurately within Lever (ATS).
- Support the final stages of recruitment, including coordinating case studies, and conducting reference checks.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks and related responsibilities within the HR department as required, supporting general HR operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is required.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence using MS Excel and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
