About the role

  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment processes across international markets, ensuring timely progress and data accuracy.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide comprehensive recruitment support.
  • Manage all candidate communication, interview scheduling, and feedback collection to ensure a great candidate experience.
  • Source and engage potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and pre-assessments to evaluate basic fit against role criteria.
  • Maintain all recruitment activities and updates accurately within Lever (ATS).
  • Support the final stages of recruitment, including coordinating case studies, and conducting reference checks.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks and related responsibilities within the HR department as required, supporting general HR operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is required.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence using MS Excel and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
