About the role
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle while ensuring customized action plans achieve client objectives.
- Collaborate with Strategic, Creative, and Interactive service lines to develop comprehensive project plans.
- Lead milestones and tasks of all projects, including production resource allocations.
- Serve as the main liaison between team members, management, and client stakeholders.
- Proactively identify potential risks and issues impacting project delivery.
- Track client revisions or requests that may impact the scope.
- Maintain a strong knowledge base for all TrendyMinds tools and delivery processes.
- Prepare weekly status reports for clients and internal teams.
- Monitor project budgets through regular internal reviews.
- Implement and uphold quality assurance procedures.
Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience in a project management or marketing role
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, project management, communications or related field
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience using Asana is preferred.
- Daily management of assigned projects, including meetings, presentations, project tracking, task assignment, and hours or billing reports
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
