About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Podcast production support
- Own the run-of-show document for each podcast episode
- Coordinate guest logistics: scheduling, pre-interview prep materials
- Prepare host prep cards for the show's hosts
- Manage the episode publication workflow
- Collaborate with the social team to draft and schedule LinkedIn promotion
- Track episode performance metrics and compile them into a monthly reporting dashboard
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for influencer partners
- Maintain the influencer deliverables tracker
- Execute organic social promotion across LinkedIn for podcast episodes and influencer content
- Maintain the editorial calendar across podcast and influencer activations
- Build and maintain influencer briefing documents and profile decks
- Maintain and organize shared project workspaces
- Build and update recurring reports for the Influencer & Podcast lead
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4 years in marketing, communications, content production, or influencer/partner-program coordination
- Hands-on experience with podcast or video production workflows
- Strong written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong project-management instincts
- Familiar with B2B content marketing
