About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the long-term editorial strategy and content roadmap
Own the publishing strategy for amplifying technical threat research across the company’s channels
Establish and enforce the TrendAI voice and tone, including an editorial style guide
Collaborate with full-time threat researchers to identify, prioritize, and surface research
Lead, grow, and develop a multi-disciplinary team spanning publication, social, events, and internal awareness functions
Manage the research blog and research social media presence
Collaborate with TrendAI evangelists to shape how TrendAI research shows up at industry events
Run the internal awareness function bridging threat research with the rest of the company
Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, research leadership, and communications partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

Deep knowledge of the information security industry
A current, in-depth command of the information security landscape
10+ years of relevant experience across security, communications, marketing, or related fields
Proven people-leadership experience — 5+ years managing teams, including managing other managers or team leads
Strong communications background — able to turn complex, technical research into clear, compelling content across formats and channels
Business acumen — able to set strategy, prioritize, and connect the team’s work to broader business goals
