About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the full commercial relationship for a named portfolio of enterprise and global accounts, driving retention, expansion, and multi-year contract renewals.
  • Develop and execute tailored account plans that align TrendAI's solutions to each customer's cybersecurity strategy, risk posture, and business objectives.
  • Lead executive-level engagements, building trusted relationships with CISOs, CIOs, and other C-suite and board-level stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across TrendAI™'s product portfolio, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Represent TrendAI at industry conferences, executive briefings, and customer events to strengthen brand presence and deepen account relationships.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales or account management experience, ideally within cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue quotas in a complex, solution-based selling environment.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with a demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives and technical decision-makers.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical cybersecurity concepts into clear, outcome-driven business value narratives.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
