About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Set regional sales strategy and manage overall sales performance
  • Build, lead and motivate a sales team for customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with Sales Leadership, Channel Sales and RevOps
  • Engage with customers and partners to close opportunities
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasts and manage sales pipelines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of overall sales experience
  • 4+ years of leading enterprise SaaS software sales teams within a direct-sales model
  • Cybersecurity software sales history is highly desired
  • Experience in private-equity or VC-backed companies is beneficial
  • Focus on talent acquisition, talent assessment, performance management, and succession planning
  • Experience leading a team of at least 5 account managers generating $35M or more in new and renewal bookings
  • Measurable experience working with resellers, integrators, distributors and MSPs / MDRs
  • Strong communication skills to interact with customer executives
