About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Set regional sales strategy and manage overall sales performance
- Build, lead and motivate a sales team for customer satisfaction
- Work closely with Sales Leadership, Channel Sales and RevOps
- Engage with customers and partners to close opportunities
- Ensure accurate sales forecasts and manage sales pipelines
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of overall sales experience
- 4+ years of leading enterprise SaaS software sales teams within a direct-sales model
- Cybersecurity software sales history is highly desired
- Experience in private-equity or VC-backed companies is beneficial
- Focus on talent acquisition, talent assessment, performance management, and succession planning
- Experience leading a team of at least 5 account managers generating $35M or more in new and renewal bookings
- Measurable experience working with resellers, integrators, distributors and MSPs / MDRs
- Strong communication skills to interact with customer executives
