About the role
- Lead all facets of global employee benefits including strategic planning, design, implementation, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and mentor a global team of Regional Benefits Partners.
- Manage and negotiate domestic and international vendor relationships.
- Analyze benefits data to identify trends and assess program effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on benefit plans performance and costs.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of benefits experience including global scope and M&A due diligence and integrations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Masters degree and/or advanced benefit certifications is a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency with Google and Microsoft applications.
- Experience in benefit administration systems, particularly Workday.
