About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as an agency expert on the quality assurance program

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar remote role
  • Experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry
  • Experience driving quality improvements across sales teams
  • Focus on compliance and efficiency
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Understanding of insurance industry standards and compliance requirements
  • Ability to motivate others in a proactive, positive, and firm manner
  • Familiarity with AI-powered quality assurance systems and understanding of their benefits and limitations
  • Ability to complete a background check before starting employment
