About the role
- Understand the customer’s needs, validate their information, and prepare them for a licensed agent.
- Speak with inbound leads and confirm intent, budget, and timeline
- Validate and update customer information including household, vehicle, and property details
- Collect missing information required for quoting and underwriting
- Use internal tools to determine the appropriate next step for each lead
- Transfer qualified customers to licensed sales agents
Requirements
- Strong communicators who are motivated to build a career in sales
- Love talking to customers and building rapport quickly
- Competitive and motivated by performance and growth opportunities
- Thrive in fast-paced environments with high customer interaction
- Pay close attention to details and follow structured processes
- Comfortable working with multiple systems and tools
- Experience in sales, customer service, or high-volume customer interactions is helpful but not required.
