About the role
- Partner with recruiters to schedule interviews, coordinate hiring logistics, and ensure a seamless experience for candidates
- Source high-quality talent for agency roles (insurance sales agents, team leads, etc.) to keep our hiring pipeline full
- Support technical and corporate recruiting by assisting with scheduling, candidate outreach, and interview feedback
- Keep our ATS (Greenhouse) spotless; posting jobs, updating stages, and tracking candidates in real time
- Help optimize recruiting workflows to make our process faster, smoother, and more efficient
- Build strong relationships with candidates, acting as a friendly and responsive point of contact
- Represent the Trellis brand and culture in every interaction, showing candidates what makes us an amazing place to work
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination and sourcing (agency or startup experience is a bonus!)
- Stellar organizational and multitasking skills—you thrive on managing lots of moving parts
- Excellent communication and follow-through skills
- Familiarity with an ATS (Greenhouse, Lever or Ashby preferred) and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Workspace, and Slack
- A can-do attitude, resourcefulness, and sense of humor
