About the role
- Responsible for the success of retail dealers in your territory.
- Strategic business consulting to optimize dealers' sales and service capabilities.
- Personal support and development of existing dealers with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Active sales of products and on-site support with product presentation and assortment planning.
Requirements
- Strong affinity for sports.
- Very structured, strategic and result-oriented working style.
- Confident use of digital CRM tools.
- Strong negotiation skills and proven sales experience.
- In-depth industry knowledge and basic technical understanding of bicycles and e-bikes.
- Above-average customer commitment and professional communication.
- Field sales experience, preferably focused on sales or business consulting, is an advantage.
- German: Native.
- English: Good command.
