About the role
- Own the end-to-end revenue strategy for Treering’s Travel Vertical, including go-to-market approach, pipeline generation, forecasting, and long-term growth planning
- Own change management for the Travel vertical, proactively leading teams through organizational, process, and market changes while maintaining revenue momentum and team engagement
- Build, lead, and scale a best-in-class sales organization across Enterprise and SMB segments, with clear accountability, coaching, and performance standards
- Drive new customer acquisition, expansion, and retention, ensuring predictable and scalable revenue growth
- Establish and manage clear revenue targets, forecasts, and operating metrics, providing clear visibility to executive leadership
- Set clear expectations, performance standards, and accountability while coaching and developing high-performing sales leaders and individual contributors
- Serve as a senior thought partner to Marketing on positioning, demand generation, and market differentiation within the Travel sector
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to translate customer insights into roadmap priorities and competitive advantage
- Lead pricing, packaging, and deal strategy in partnership with Finance, balancing growth, margin, and long-term value
- Work in close alignment with Customer Success to ensure strong handoffs, customer outcomes, and long-term relationships
- Cultivate and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic customers, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Represent Treering externally as a senior commercial leader within the Travel industry, helping to strengthen brand presence and market credibility
- Proven ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team to produce quality work in the development of solutions
- Demonstrated ability to connect and influence others in order to achieve organizational priorities
- Demonstrated ability to develop teams and mentor staff
- Ability to communicate effectively to executive leadership in both business and technology roles
- Demonstrated exceptional critical thinking, strategic planning, and process management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive B2B SaaS sales experience, including senior leadership roles
- Degree in business or equivalent desired, MBA preferred
- Demonstrated success selling into the Travel industry (e.g., hospitality, airlines, tour operators, travel platforms, or adjacent ecosystems)
- Proven track record of scaling revenue, teams, and sales infrastructure in a growth-stage environment
- Strong command of forecasting, pipeline management, complex deal strategy, and executive communication
- Ability to operate as both a strategic leader and a hands-on closer when needed.
