About the role

  • You guide new partner companies through onboarding: explain processes, set up modules, and ensure a smooth start with the system.
  • You schedule appointments flexibly based on our partners' availability — sometimes early, sometimes later in the day (lead time: 2–7 days).
  • You support existing partners with questions about using our systems and find pragmatic solutions — often with a listening ear and patience.
  • You prepare technical topics for our development team in India in English and keep all stakeholders updated.
  • You hold yourself to high standards and are aware of your responsibility as the key interface to our partner companies.
  • You work independently: when you take something on, it gets done — without someone needing to follow up.

Requirements

  • Strong technical understanding and experience with digital tools or ERP systems (experience with Odoo is a plus but not required).
  • Enjoy explaining things — patient, practical, and able to engage with our partners on equal terms.
  • Good English skills to convey technical points clearly to our international team.
  • Fast response time in support — you understand that even small issues can be crucial for our partners' daily operations.
  • Self-driven and quality-conscious: you think ahead, act reliably, and deliver on your commitments.
