Manager

• Serve as the project controls lead, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of schedule, cost, and performance data across multiple projects.
• Partner closely with Development and Preconstruction Project Managers and cross-functional teams to anticipate project needs and align controls processes with broader portfolio objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project reports, including schedule updates, budget performance, forecasts, accruals, and financial snapshots, to enable informed decision-making.
• Manage project controls data in enterprise systems, ensuring accurate document management, data consistency, and compliance with internal standards.
• Identify, analyze, and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and variances, highlighting risks, drivers, and recommended mitigations.
• Manage and lead project schedules using critical path methods, cost estimation, forecasting, and document control across multiple projects.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of project controls tools, dashboards, and trackers that enable clear, reliable, and actionable reporting for senior leadership.
• Demonstrate ownership of assigned projects by proactively identifying potential issues, troubleshooting root causes, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders to implement solutions.
