About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive the end-to-end sales cycle for POS solutions, focusing on both new acquisitions and upselling/cross-selling within the current customer portfolio.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, helping partners identify and implement the payment solutions best suited to their specific business needs.
  • Play a key role in refining our POS sales strategy, providing "on-the-ground" feedback to leadership to optimize our commercial hook.
  • Bring deep industry expertise and best practices to the wider sales team, acting as a mentor for complex payment-related queries.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Account Management, and Operations to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and high activation rates.
  • Consistently monitor your sales pipeline and activation metrics, ensuring all "signed" deals move through to active, revenue-generating partners.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in POS or Payment Solution sales is essential.
  • You don't just wait for leads; you have the resilience to hunt for opportunities and the commercial "sense" to close them.
  • You are able to translate complex payment technology into simple, value-driven benefits for small-to-medium business owners.
  • Based in London or commutable, you are comfortable navigating a fast-paced field sales environment and building lasting relationships.
