About the role

  • Discover new partners: Use your creativity and digital skills to identify potential beauty salons across multiple channels (TikTok, Instagram, Google).
  • Build relationships: Persuade clients with strong communication skills over the phone and during in-person visits.
  • Product champion: Present our SaaS solution and the Treatwell marketplace so the benefits for each salon are clearly understood.
  • Deal closer: Confidently lead negotiations to a successful contract signing.
  • Structured working: Accurately document your activities in Salesforce.
  • Target-driven: Acquire at least 10 new salon partners per month while maximizing your commission.

Requirements

  • Strong communicator: You enjoy direct customer contact and excel in conversation and negotiation.
  • Cold-calling champion: Where others hesitate, you thrive — cold outreach is your forte.
  • Team player with self-drive: Reliable, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
  • Personality: Courage, humor, respect, personal accountability, and a touch of charm.
  • Language skills: Fluent in German, Arabic, and English — additional languages are a plus.
  • Digital affinity: New software and digital tools are a welcome challenge for you.
  • Flexibility: Valid driving license (Class B).
