About the role
- Creating and optimising salon profiles on our marketplace to attract customers which includes a price list, opening hours, venue description, photography etc.
- Revising your own work and actioning quality checks before publishing information online
- Adhering to Treatwell’s ‘tone of voice’ and brand guidelines
- Developing new skills in our CRM tool - Salesforce to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process
- Supporting our product teams and other internal stakeholders with translation/transcreation
- Identifying and overseeing new improvements to be made to support the team in automating processes
Requirements
- Native Level of English
- Proficiency in additional languages is highly valued: Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, German, Dutch, Lithuanian, or Russian.
- Highly proactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Critical thinker, seeking opportunities to solve problems and identify efficient ways of working
- Self-motivated with loads of initiative and curiosity
- A meticulous eye for detail with strong organisational skills, able to work towards tough deadlines
- Experience working with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
- You are based in Barcelona, Spain (or near by)
