About the role
- Conduct outreach to lawyers across various practice areas, initiating contact to gauge their interest in transferring to a new firm.
- Engage in phone calls, emails, and other communication methods to build relationships and initiate discussions on potential partnerships.
- Understand the unique needs and career goals of lawyers to tailor conversations around firm opportunities and benefits.
- Identify and present opportunities within our client firms that align with the lawyers' professional objectives and expertise.
- Utilize CRM tools to track communications and manage potential leads through the outreach and interest-check process.
- Collaborate with legal firm partners to align lawyer candidates with the firm’s needs, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Provide insightful feedback and reporting on outreach progress, trends, and results to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in recruitment, preferably with experience in legal recruitment or recruiting professionals.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and engaging approach.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships over the phone and through email.
- Knowledge of the legal industry, particularly law firm structures and the career dynamics of lawyers.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, to track and manage outreach efforts.
- Strong networking abilities to connect with lawyers and understand their career ambitions.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple leads and client communications effectively.
- Personality:
