Ensure ongoing adjudication of claims within company standards and industry best practices
Complying with all statutory and regulatory requirements for workers compensation benefits administration
Ensure timely completion of claim determinations and payments
Initial contact with employer, injured worker, and medical provider within 24 hours of claim receipt
Documenting wage information in Claims System
Managing legal aspects of the claim and appropriately assigning attorneys
Establishing a Plan of Action (POA) on each claim and updating monthly
