Product Designer

• Own the end-to-end design process, from discovery through to delivery and iteration
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define problems, explore solutions, and deliver fully realised, build-ready designs
• Design for complex, AI-driven workflows, thinking through edge cases, error states, and real-world usage scenarios
• Bring structure to a fast-evolving product, creating and evolving design systems, patterns, and frameworks that ensure consistency and scalability across the platform
• Shape product direction—balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals—while using data, feedback, and AI tools (e.g. Claude) to inform decisions and accelerate your workflow
