About the role
- Own Traversal’s events and field marketing strategy across corporate events, sponsored trade shows, roadshows, workshops, and regional programs.
- Plan and execute world-class events from concept through completion, including timelines, budgets, vendors, logistics, and on-site execution.
- Develop and run field marketing programs that drive opportunity generation and accelerate pipeline in partnership with Sales.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, BDR, and Sales to align goals, messaging, and execution.
- Measure, analyze, and report on event and field marketing performance, including pipeline impact and ROI.
- Continuously test, iterate, and improve programs based on performance data and field feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in corporate events, field marketing, or integrated B2B marketing at a high-growth technology company.
- Proven experience executing events and programs for technical and executive audiences.
- Experience executing events at developer focused trade shows and/or cloud conferences (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with experience forecasting, measuring, and optimizing program performance.
- Willingness to travel up to 30–40% as programs required.
