Develop and execute a multi-year digital innovation and AI strategy aligned with Development, Enterprise Technology, and corporate objectives
Identify opportunities to transform development processes through establishment of an eClinical Systems Ecosystem Strategy
Build and maintain a prioritized roadmap of digital initiatives focused on maximizing business value, operational efficiency, quality, and scalability
Drive adoption of digital-first ways of working across the organization
Lead initiatives that improve process efficiency, reduce cycle times, eliminate manual work, and enhance decision quality across Development functions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree preferred in Business, Digital Health, Marketing, or a related field
12+ years in digital strategy, commercial innovation, or transformation, preferably within life sciences, biotech, or a similarly regulated industry
Proven ability to drive cross-functional change and influence stakeholders
Ability to set strategic direction while rolling up sleeves to build early-stage capabilities
Exceptional communicator, able to translate complex topics into business-relevant insights
Strong and strategic leader with ability to work cross functionally with ease
Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally
