Design and execute manual and automated test plans to ensure high-quality releases
Conduct functional, regression, performance, and security testing to identify defects early
Build and maintain automated test scripts to improve efficiency and coverage
Log, track, and communicate bugs clearly, working with engineers to resolve issues quickly
Partner with developers and product managers to understand requirements and define testing approaches
Contribute to release cycles, ensuring all features meet quality standards before deployment
Monitor system performance and run load testing to ensure scalability
Enhance QA processes, tools, and best practices to drive efficiency
Support UAT and help ensure the product meets real user needs

Requirements

Experience in QA, software testing, or similar roles (manual and automation)
Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation
Strong knowledge of testing tools and frameworks (e.g. Selenium, JUnit, TestNG)
Experience with JIRA (or similar), Git, and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with bug tracking and project management tools (YouTrack, JIRA, Bugzilla)
Ideally a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related field
Comfortable working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban)
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
