About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, craft, and deliver employment brand marketing materials across multiple platforms
- Support employment brand initiatives to ensure consistent messaging and alignment
- Drive brand awareness to increase attraction across all talent profiles
- Participate in creative sourcing plans for high-volume and specialized positions using social media and email marketing tools
- Generate messaging and creative content for current and future employees, social media, job boards, and diverse channels
- Support recruitment-specific copywriting for careers blogs, email marketing, web, and social media
- Organize and create platform content, optimization, reporting and analytics, content development, and updates for assigned social media channels
- Monitor emerging trends in recruitment marketing, sourcing technologies, and social media
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 years of related marketing and/or communications experience, including digital and social, recruitment marketing, or employment brand experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Demonstrated track record of creative marketing communications approaches
- Proficiency in Adobe Express, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year of related marketing or communications experience, including internships and full-time work experience
