Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to clearly convey information to varied audiences with empathy and understanding
  • Proficiency using technology and navigating multiple systems simultaneously
  • Ability to analyze information and think critically to make informed decisions
  • Organizational and time management skills in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle shifting priorities

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
