Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver high-quality analysis and recommendations to support Product teams and their objectives
Carry out customer journey analysis
Measure the impact of multi-channel strategies
Uncover and deliver insights through ad-hoc data exploration and visualisation
Collaborate with data engineers to evolve data sets and data pipelines
Build dashboards and self-service query tools
Train colleagues to use dashboards and self-service query tools
Work with developers, data engineers, and data scientists to uncover customer insights, test hypotheses, and build data-driven tools

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience as an Analyst/Data Scientist or Management Consultant
Knowledge of SQL
Aptitude for problem solving and experimentation, including A/B tests
Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
Aptitude for analysing data and problem solving
Degree qualification in STEM, economics, or a similar subject
Willingness and ability to question and help shape the business
