About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define, prioritize, and maintain a ready backlog for a smaller-scale product team
  • Accept final product output while focusing on defined outcomes
  • Manage deliverables, capabilities, experimentation, performance measurement, and roadmap adjustments
  • Partner with UX, legal/compliance, engineering, and marketing stakeholders to refine direct-to-consumer digital insurance experiences
  • Align team goals and strategy with circle and value stream vision
  • Serve as the voice of the end user and incorporate customer feedback
  • Ensure work products meet acceptance criteria
  • Own backlog prioritization and refinement and make value-maximizing trade-off decisions
  • Set objectives and KPIs to optimize value flow
  • Participate in business readiness and manage adoption and resistance
  • Provide work-in-progress feedback, clarify requirements, remove impediments, and improve processes
  • Communicate resource needs with Circle Leads and peers
  • Share best practices across teams
  • Foster an innovative, inclusive, diverse, collaborative, and self-organizing team environment
  • Champion AI adoption and usage
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Two years of experience in Agile product management
  • Two years of work experience in a related field
  • Agile mindset embodying openness, courage, respect, focus, and commitment
  • Knowledge of Agile principles, practices, and methodologies
  • Product mindset focused on product value propositions aligned with business objectives
  • Ability to influence leaders and behaviors without traditional hierarchy
  • Servant leadership approach fostering empowered and equal team members
  • Experience with consumer-facing digital products and measurable acquisition, conversion, or engagement outcomes
  • Effective communication at all levels and ability to adjust to the target audience
  • Expertise working in cross-functional, multi-team environments
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and team development
  • Authorization to work for any employer in the United States
