Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related STEM field, or equivalent education and/or work experience
  • Eight years of related experience
  • Four additional years of data engineering experience
  • Understanding and experience with Gen AI concepts including Agentic Frameworks, RAG, LLM, Chunking, and Hyper-parameters
  • Experience as a Full Stack Designer, architect, or similar role, focused on data engineering and Gen AI applications
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Highly proficient use of cloud platforms, programming languages, data manipulation tools and techniques, and modern software engineering practices
  • Ability to deliver complete solutions in small batches and negotiate important tradeoffs
  • Domain expertise, understanding of technical concepts and industry trends, and in-depth knowledge of immediate systems plus some adjacent systems
  • Strong problem-solving ability and innovative issue resolution
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and business partners
  • Ability to lead team members and foster a safe learning and growth environment
  • Self-motivation in identifying opportunities and tracking team efforts
