About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support strategic delivery of optimal claim outcomes with leadership in claims centers.
Travel to loss scenes to manage the investigative team and ensure evidence collection.
Prepare reports, conduct research, and provide technical advice for Risk Control, Claims Services, Legal, and Underwriting.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or related field.
Five years of experience in fire science, failure analysis, product liability, code evaluation, accident reconstruction, analytical chemistry, or other forensic science or engineering fields.
Understanding of proper elements of forensic investigation, documentation, rules of evidence, safety protocols.
Comprehensive understanding of insurance principles, policies, and claims process.
Valid driver’s license.
Four years of experience in engineering analysis, failure analysis, or scientific problem solving.
