About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conceptualize and execute high-quality digital assets for integrated marketing campaigns, including paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn), programmatic ads, email templates, and web graphics.
- Collaborate closely with the Growth Marketing team to execute creative variations for A/B testing.
- Tailor visual storytelling to fit the unique requirements and consumer behaviors of different digital platforms.
- Utilize motion graphics and basic video editing to create dynamic, engaging content.
- Act as a champion for the Simply Business visual identity.
- Actively build upon and maintain our marketing design system and asset libraries in Figma.
- Apply strong typography, visual hierarchy, and responsive design principles to marketing landing pages and web assets.
- Collaborate with the web development team to ensure your designs are implemented flawlessly.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-7 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within an in-house marketing team, digital tech startup, or creative agency environment.
- A strong digital portfolio showcasing clean composition, modern typography, compelling layouts, and real-world examples of digital marketing campaigns.
- Mastery of modern collaborative design tools (Figma is our primary canvas) and core Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- A strong interest in performance marketing and user data.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills; someone who takes constructive feedback well and can clearly explain the rationale behind their design choices.
