About the role
- Perform analysis, design, development, and configuration functions and define technical requirements for assignments of intermediate complexity.
- Develop, analyze, configure, test, debug, troubleshoot, document, health monitor/alert, and implement based on user or system design specifications.
- Participate in troubleshooting, conduct impact analysis and escalate appropriately for defects and incidents of intermediate complexity.
- Work within guidelines set by team to independently tackle well-scoped problems and seek opportunities to expand technical knowledge and capabilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in work experience.
- One year of programming/development experience.
- Three years of programming/development experience (listed as ideal).
- Experience with .NET, MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js (MERN) required.
- Cloud technologies is highly desired.
- Delivery - Intermediate delivery skills including ability to deliver work at a steady, predictable pace, decompose work into small batch releases, and contribute to tradeoff and negotiation discussions.
- Domain Expertise - Demonstrated track record of domain expertise and in-depth knowledge of immediate systems worked on.
- Problem Solving - Proven debugging and problem solving skills.
- Communication - Strong communication skills, ability to document work clearly and collaborate with team members.
- Leadership - Intermediate leadership skills and self-motivation in identifying personal growth opportunities.
