Perform analysis, design, development, and configuration functions and define technical requirements for assignments of intermediate complexity.
Develop, analyze, configure, test, debug, troubleshoot, document, health monitor/alert, and implement based on user or system design specifications.
Participate in troubleshooting, conduct impact analysis and escalate appropriately for defects and incidents of intermediate complexity.
Work within guidelines set by team to independently tackle well-scoped problems and seek opportunities to expand technical knowledge and capabilities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in work experience.
One year of programming/development experience.
Three years of programming/development experience (listed as ideal).
Experience with .NET, MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js (MERN) required.
Cloud technologies is highly desired.
Delivery - Intermediate delivery skills including ability to deliver work at a steady, predictable pace, decompose work into small batch releases, and contribute to tradeoff and negotiation discussions.
Domain Expertise - Demonstrated track record of domain expertise and in-depth knowledge of immediate systems worked on.
Problem Solving - Proven debugging and problem solving skills.
Communication - Strong communication skills, ability to document work clearly and collaborate with team members.
Leadership - Intermediate leadership skills and self-motivation in identifying personal growth opportunities.
