About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for performing analysis, design, and implementation of reliability-focused infrastructure, services, and tooling across cloud and on-premises environments with a high degree of accuracy.
Technical Execution: Conduct root cause analyses for service disruptions, identifying opportunities for prevention and improvement in service restoration.
Leverage AI capabilities to streamline identification of potential problems, trends, and solutions.
Define and implement technical requirements for infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and deployment using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) methodologies.
Design and enhance CI/CD pipeline workflows to improve deployment automation, rollback safety, and service reliability while resolving infrastructure issues of intermediate complexity.
Configure and optimize cloud-based and on-premises systems to ensure high availability, performance, and operational resilience.
Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems while ensuring adherence to security protocols in both cloud and on-premises deployments.
Work independently on well-scoped SRE engineering problems while prioritizing tasks in alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with software, platform, and infrastructure engineers to improve system reliability, scalability, and performance across hybrid environments.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 years of site reliability/systems administration experience preferred.
8+ years of experience in network engineering, supporting large-scale hybrid cloud environments, including AWS.
Ability to independently troubleshoot service disruptions and implement change through, but not limited to LAN/WAN, Load Balancing, Routing, Switching, Firewalls, DNS, and Network Security Bundles.
Foundation in ITIL methodologies preferred.
Experience in ServiceNow a plus.
