Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of hands-on experience conducting impactful user research
- Expert at "right-sizing" research
- Commercially minded with understanding of influencing company roadmaps and OKRs
- AI-native in workflow, using it daily for quality and speed
- Master storyteller capable of transforming complex data into actionable narratives
- Self-starter who takes accountability for results
