About the role

  • Play a leading role in safeguarding assets and reputation by identifying and mitigating risks

Requirements

  • Expert in risk management frameworks and methodologies with deep understanding of industry best practices
  • Strong understanding of the regulated financial services business model and operations (preferably within insurance market)
  • Knowledgeable about UK regulations and insurance principles, eligible for FCA Certified Manager role
  • Proven leader with experience in motivating teams and implementing effective risk strategies
  • Collaborative partner who can build relationships and influence stakeholders at highest organization levels
  • Highly analytical and technically literate, able to use data/software to identify emerging trends
  • Resilient and ethical, staying calm under pressure and maintaining objectivity under complex challenges
