About the role

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, deeply understanding commercial objectives to provide expert guidance on organizational design, talent management, and change management.
  • Partner with Centers of Excellence (Reward, Impact, People Ops) to design and implement innovative, bespoke people programs that solve specific business challenges and align with our global mission.
  • Act as a steward of Simply Business culture, leading change management and culture-shaping initiatives to ensure we remain an agile, inclusive, and scalable workplace.
  • Responsible for driving the identification and talent management of the long term strategic talent capabilities that will enable SB to reach its 2030 goals.
  • Build strategy and deliver frameworks, principles and coaching for People Partners and Leaders to increase organizational effectiveness - such as organization design principles, ways of working, cross-functional teams, organizational health, etc.
  • Leverage current and predictive data to spot potential challenges before they arise while leveraging technology and AI to increase the effectiveness of relevant talent programming.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in a HRBP/People Partner with exposure to Talent Management programming OR proven track record in a Talent Management role with exposure to HRBP/People Partner responsibilities such as org design, compensation, ER, etc. - ideally within a high-growth and global FinTech environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong commercial acumen and a global mindset across multiple business areas
  • Experience distilling complex information into actionable and simple frameworks and/or principles that deliver impactful results
  • Strong communication skills - just as comfortable in a high-level strategy session with executives as you are with a deep-dive coaching session with a mid-level manager
  • Thrive in complex and nuanced quantitative and qualitative data sets and can identify actionable insights, learnings or trends from that data
  • Track record of juggling multiple priorities with competing timelines and deliverables
  • Action oriented and move with pace and urgency.
