About the role

  • Primary lead in the Software Engineering Workday Integration space, to include performing analysis, design, development, and configuration functions (includes defining technical requirements) with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
  • Understands the political nature of the organization and works appropriately within it; effectively establishes collaborative relationships and alliances throughout the organization.
  • Perform analysis, assessment and resolution for defects and incidents of advanced complexity and escalate appropriately.
  • Work independently to tackle well-scoped and loosely scoped problems.
  • Seek opportunities to expand technical knowledge and capabilities.
  • Understands impacts of changes to Workday.
  • Identify potential impacts in other systems domains.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced employees.
  • Perform production support/troubleshooting: Leads troubleshooting and defect resolution.
  • Responsible for change, defect and enhancement request process and assignment of approved work for team.

Requirements

  • Four years of programming/development experience.
  • Two years of Workday Experience in building integrations using Report Writer, EIB, and Workday Studio needed.
  • Workday Extend knowledge and experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, related STEM field, or its equivalent in education and/or work experience.
  • 4 additional years of software engineering experience.
