About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with healthcare professionals during their assignments to deliver exceptional service
Build strong, lasting relationships with healthcare professionals throughout their assignments
Serve as the primary point of contact for contractor questions, concerns, and support needs
Conduct proactive check-in calls to ensure a positive contractor experience
Coordinate onboarding activities and assist with assignment transitions
Extend offers and guide contractors through pre-start processes
Collaborate with Account Management, Recruiting, Credentialing, Payroll, and other internal partners to resolve issues quickly
Accurately document contractor interactions and follow-up activities within the ATS/CRM
Identify opportunities to improve contractor satisfaction and retention
Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness in every interaction
Meet established productivity, quality, and customer experience expectations

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one year of customer service or relationship management experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience supporting healthcare professionals, staffing, recruiting, or account management (preferred)
Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or CRM (preferred)
Experience in a metrics-driven or service-oriented environment (preferred)
