About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for networking with and recruiting healthcare professionals
- Provide strategic support and client delivery to Life Sciences team
- Sourcing employees for specific assignments using various mediums
- Creatively network and use social media to contact/search for applicants
- Aggressively pursue both active and passive candidates
- Act as a liaison between client facilities and newly hired candidates
- Screening applications and resumes, interviewing candidates
- Evaluate and recommend candidates for hire
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws
- Documentation of confidential information per HIPAA standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent communication skills (orally and written)
