Key responsibilities & impact

Provide operational support to clients and Client Success Managers
Qualify placement opportunities
Complete profile screening and onboarding support
Create and distribute activity and performance reports
Maintain communication with supplier partners
Manage the creation and distribution of periodic activity and performance reports, as directed
Audit bookings in technology or via contract for accuracy
Review and prescreen profiles to ensure accuracy of skillset and experience required

Requirements

What you’ll need

1 year of experience in a customer facing position
Ability to work quickly and accurately independently and in a team setting in a fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and interpersonally
Proven experience in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Internet
