Key responsibilities & impact

Answer inbound calls from guests who purchased a promotional vacation getaway
Assist guests with booking their travel dates, general questions, and confirming their upcoming reservation through our central reservation system
Maintain a high-level of customer satisfaction and address any escalated customer service issues
Help deliver on arrivals, increase revenue for the department, and guarantee tour volume for the resorts

What you’ll need

High School diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to work flexible shifts to include weekdays, evenings, and weekends to suit business needs
1+ years of customer service, reservations, or equivalent experience a plus
1+ years of call center experience preferred
Proficient working with Microsoft Office is preferred
Sales experience highly preferred
