About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Undertake inbound and outbound call activity as directed
Achieve Service Levels as outlined by Member Services Management including; adherence, service levels, acceptance levels, and quality assurance; as directed
Achieve revenue targets and service benchmarks as set by Member Services management
Ensure relevant documentation is accurately completed and delivered to members in a timely manner
Process transactions, including Weeks, Points, and/or Travel, accurately through to completion
Actively participate in team meetings, teambuilding activities and industry functions and events as required
Any other duties as required and/or directed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven customer service skills and experience
Timeshare industry knowledge highly regarded
Excellent knowledge of domestic and international tourist destinations
A willingness and ability to learn new products and systems
Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
Can work well as part of a team, as well as individually
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work shifts, including Saturdays as required.
