About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Take inbound calls from customers to plan their vacations
  • Guide customers through the booking process for car rentals, airfare, hotel reservations, and cruises
  • Build rapport and recommend personalized travel solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Six months of customer service experience
  • Six months of sales experience
  • Six months of travel-related experience preferred
  • Comfortable managing several technology applications simultaneously (CRM, booking tools, payment systems, communication apps)
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Must be able to hardwire computer directly to a router
  • Intermediate computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot technical issues while at home
