About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform as a liaison between IT and business unit(s) with minimal/limited supervision from Business and Systems Analyst III or above and/or other team members
- Collect and review requirements using various elicitation techniques (e.g.: interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, business and workflow analysis).
- Document appropriate level of requirements based on the initiative needs
- Develop requirements management plan for a project as needed
- Assist in any business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology and for enhanced technical solutions
- Gain consensus on requirements from all impacted partners
- Actively engage in and contribute to initiative discussions and issue resolution
- Participate in Statement of Work reviews
- Interpret architecture documents/roadmaps
- Support all downstream consumers of requirements to ensure understanding and ability to execute against the requirements delivered.
- Work with Business Stakeholders, Architecture, PMO, QA, UAT and IT to manage change across all requirement deliverables
- Performs other duties as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or 5-7 years of Business Analyst experience.

- Knowledge of various SDLC methodologies including Waterfall and Agile
- Proficient Wire Framing

- Proficient in creating graphical visuals including Process Flows
- Excellent Listening, Comprehension and Information Processing Skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with various levels within the organization
- Ability to recognize and apply business analysis best practices to fit a variety of situations
- Ability to communicate stakeholder’s rationale for decisions made and possible outcomes for those decisions
- Ability to professionally challenge decisions made by project team as appropriate
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with diagramming tools, preferably LucidChart
- Ability to use software, hardware, and peripherals related to job responsibilities
- Experience using various modeling techniques to visually represent requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience working with various levels in an organization and in remote locations.
- Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
