About the role

  • Answer inbound calls from guests who purchased a promotional vacation getaway
  • Assist guests with booking their travel dates and general questions
  • Confirm upcoming reservations through central reservation system
  • Maintain high-level customer satisfaction
  • Address escalated customer service issues
  • Help deliver on arrivals and increase revenue for the department
  • Guarantee tour volume for the resorts.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible shifts to include weekdays, evenings, and weekends
  • 1+ years of customer service, reservations, or equivalent experience a plus
  • 1+ years of call center experience preferred
  • Proficient working with Microsoft Office is preferred
  • Sales experience highly preferred.
