About the role
- Making outbound calls to guests who have purchased a vacation getaway or received two free nights but have not yet booked their location or dates.
- Helping to deliver on arrivals, increase revenue for the department and guarantee tour volume for the resorts.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
- Must be able to work flexible shifts to include weekdays, evenings, and weekends to suit business needs.
- Microsoft Office experience is required.
- 12 months minimum sales, customer service, reservations, hospitality, or equivalent experience required.
- Only candidates from Orlando, FL area (within 50 miles) will be considered at this time.
