About the role

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, demand, and growth
  • Manage website content updates to ensure information is current and aligned with campaigns
  • Oversee content creation and distribution, including blogs and whitepapers
  • Manage fulfillment of partnership deliverables across email, print, digital creative assets, and event activations
  • Provide support for trade shows and events by coordinating pre- and post-logistics
  • Create and manage an organic social media content calendar
  • Support digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels
  • Define and track KPIs for campaign success, monitoring ROI across campaigns

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong expertise in marketing strategy development, integrated campaign planning, and go-to-market execution
  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Solid understanding of omnichannel marketing, including digital, paid media, lifecycle campaigns, and audience segmentation
  • Experience with demand generation tactics and campaign optimization across paid, owned, and organic channels
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with the youth sports industry (preferred)
