About the role
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, demand, and growth
- Manage website content updates to ensure information is current and aligned with campaigns
- Oversee content creation and distribution, including blogs and whitepapers
- Manage fulfillment of partnership deliverables across email, print, digital creative assets, and event activations
- Provide support for trade shows and events by coordinating pre- and post-logistics
- Create and manage an organic social media content calendar
- Support digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels
- Define and track KPIs for campaign success, monitoring ROI across campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong expertise in marketing strategy development, integrated campaign planning, and go-to-market execution
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Solid understanding of omnichannel marketing, including digital, paid media, lifecycle campaigns, and audience segmentation
- Experience with demand generation tactics and campaign optimization across paid, owned, and organic channels
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with the youth sports industry (preferred)
