About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end P&L outcomes for (Domestic Flights / Hotels / Holiday Packages) — GMV, margin/take-rate, and growth
- Build and manage supplier/vendor relationships directly — negotiate commercial terms, own SLAs, and resolve escalations without needing sign-off for standard deals
- Run deep-dive analyses — pricing, funnel drop-off, supply-side performance — using (tools: e.g., SQL, Metabase, Excel) to catch trends and anomalies, and convert findings into action within decided timeframes
- Set category strategy and prioritize the roadmap in partnership with Product and Growth
- Design and run A/B tests and experiments to validate growth levers , and make scale/kill calls based on results
- Act as the primary cross-functional voice for your category across product, tech, business, ops, and finance
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-7 years of experience, including at least 2+ years owning a category or product line end-to-end
- Be comfortable negotiating and managing supplier/vendor relationships directly
- Be comfortable working with data, dashboards, and metrics as a baseline skill, not a differentiator
- Have prior experience in marketplace, travel, SaaS, or other transaction-heavy platforms
