About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify operational bottlenecks and solve them using AI-powered solutions
- Build AI-assisted workflows, SOPs, dashboards, trackers, and automations
- Leverage AI tools to improve operational efficiency
- Analyze operational data and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive execution
- Own operational projects from planning to implementation
- Document and standardize scalable operational processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–4 years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Process Excellence, or a similar role
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is preferred
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in day-to-day work
- Strong analytical, communication, and ownership skills
- AI-enabled work such as automations, workflows, dashboards, or SOPs will be an added advantage.
