Operations Associate – Rotational Day and Night Shift
TravClanOperations Associate managing booking and customer operations at a B2B Travel Tech startup. Ensuring customer delight and timely deliverables during late/ night hours in a fast-paced environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Completing all bookings and flight/hotel/packages operations-related work including cancellations, refunds, etc
- Coordination with suppliers to ensure timely revert on quotes and booking details such as vouchers, confirmations etc
- Coordinate with customers and vendors to ensure timely delivery
- Manage feedback and escalations from customers and vendors.
- Ensure customer delight.
- Demonstrate multitasking abilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- a minimum of 6 months of full-time work experience to be eligible for this role
- Be Customer-Centric
- Enjoy speaking to clients on call
- Have high ownership to complete your work
- Be good at negotiating with suppliers
