About the role
- Develop and implement L&D strategies that align with the company's business goals
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs
- Conduct training sessions, ensuring they are interactive and engaging
- Keep records of employees’ training progress for continuous improvement
- Develop onboarding programs to help new employees adjust to the company culture
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning and Development
- Ethical, hardworking, and 'passionate about startups' mindset
- Excellence / Ambition / Hard working attitude reflected in past profile
- Prior Startup experience preferred
- Willing to learn more
